Return policy

What if you end up not liking your MyCreation? Even though we made it especially for you, you can send it back for free within 2 weeks, no questions asked. You will find the return form and the sticker in the box. We will recycle the product, so don't feel burdened and make a new one!

Product

1. Where are MyCreation products made?

All products are produced in our own factory in the Netherlands.

2. What material is used for MyCreation products?

The products are made from polycarbonate. This is a strong, high-quality and reusable plastic material.

3. How are MyCreation products printed?

The printing of MyCreation products is done through a process called extruding. This means that the product is built up layer by layer in 3d.

4. How long does the product last and do I have a warranty?

The materials used are the same as regular lighting products and contain the lifespan that you are used to from a Philips product. Naturally, all products come with a standard factory warranty.

5. Can I submit designs myself?

No, this is not possible at the moment.

6. Can I hang the lamp anywhere?

7. How can I clean the product?

The product may only be cleaned with a dry cloth.

8. What is the cable length?

The length of the cable is 175 centimetres. You can cut it to size yourself, check the mounting instruction.

Delivery and Returns

1. What are the shipping costs?

We will send the lamp to you free of charge.

2. What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 2 weeks. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation of the exact delivery time.

3. Can I still change my delivery address?

When DHL offers it, you can change the delivery address through them.

4. Can I also pick up my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, your order will be delivered free of charge to the address you specified.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, until the order goes into production. Contact us via the chat function on this site.

6. How can I return my order?

With your order you will receive the relevant information to return it via DHL.

7. What does it cost to return my order?

Returns are free of charge.

8. How long does it take before I receive money after my return?

The money will be refunded within 5-10 business days after receiving the return shipment.

9. What will be done with the product if I return it?

All materials are reused (the cable, the fitting and the lamp) and the parts you design are melted down into new material.

10. I live outside the Netherlands, can I also order a lamp?

We currently only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.

11. Can I also buy from you as a company?

Yes you can via our webshop, you will receive an invoice with VAT.

12. I would like to return the lamp but keep the lampshade, is that possible?

No, this is not possible.
